Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to bridge the gap between dreams and reality by assisting customers with deliveries, payments, and inquiries. You will work solo or in a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities include providing genuine, friendly service, clear communication, and effective listening in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customers' purchase. You bridge the gap between the dream and the reality by assisting customers with scheduling their deliveries, managing payments and skillfully acknowledging customer questions and concerns. You will work independently and on a small team to ensure our vision of enhancing the customer shopping experience is continually strengthened.
