Job summary

Uline is hiring a Customer Service Management Trainee at our California branch to gain hands-on leadership experience in a state-of-the-art call center. The role focuses on mastering customer service management and developing a team of reps on the 2nd shift.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, work on improving procedures, and have opportunities for growth with a complete benefits package and a strong track record of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership/management experience is a plus.
