Job summary

Uline Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Management Trainee in California to gain on-the-job leadership experience in our state-of-the-art call center. The role trains you to empower reps to deliver legendary customer service and advance your career in a fast-growing, stable company.

The position offers full-time hours on the 2nd shift with pay ranging from $29 to $34 per hour and significant growth potential as you master all aspects of customer service management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
