Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Technician responsible for safely maintaining, servicing, and occasionally installing/removing various types of bulk liquid and gaseous cryogenic supply systems (Nitrogen, Argon, Oxygen, CO2, and Hydrogen).

The individual will respond to service calls, perform supply system inspections, and conduct preventative maintenance on assigned accounts, ensuring continuous compliance with all safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles, including day travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Complete training at the Linde National Training Center and on-the-job training with senior technicians.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Entry-level to 3+ years of maintenance and repair experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet searches, and data entry devices.
• Must live within specified Indiana counties.
