Responsibilities

• Solicit loans by telephone and at the counter.
• Process loan applications and refinances; prepare & close documents.
• Take payments and perform daily cash handling; balance cash drawer.
• Investigate credit and communicate with creditors/credit bureaus.
• Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate cash records.
• Call past-due customers to collect delinquent accounts.
