Qualifications

• 5+ years of Contact Center or Customer Service experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large Customer Service teams.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Customer Service operations to deliver strong customer experience and business results.
• Oversee 50+ employees including hiring, performance management, engagement, development and recognition.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, call flow, service levels, workload forecasting and capacity planning.
