Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising, cleanliness, and assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and cover front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes providing a friendly, safe shopping experience, with responsibilities across receiving, stocking, transactions, and asset protection. Part-time hours with a strong emphasis on teamwork and integrity.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
