PCM (Customer Service Lead)

Serenity Healthcare is a rapidly growing organization looking for our next generation of leaders. If you have an interest in starting a career in healthcare leadership, this is your opportunity, no experience required. The Customer Service Manager will assist in running a practice while receiving mentorship to eventually move into a full leadership role with Serenity Healthcare.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver stellar customer experience, by building rapport and credibility with customers.
  • Be able to overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's treatment options.
  • Passionately educate every customer about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy.
  • Assist with creating a positive environment for staff and patients.
  • Help train and mentor a variety of roles within the clinic and help out as needed.

What we’re looking for
  • High school degree or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast paced, customer facing role
  • Desire to help others improve their lives
  • Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions
