The Customer Service Manager will assist in running a practice while receiving mentorship to eventually move into a full leadership role with Serenity Healthcare.
What you’ll do- Deliver stellar customer experience, by building rapport and credibility with customers.
- Be able to overcome customer objections and effectively promote Serenity's treatment options.
- Passionately educate every customer about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy.
- Assist with creating a positive environment for staff and patients.
- Help train and mentor a variety of roles within the clinic and help out as needed.
What we’re looking for- High school degree or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast paced, customer facing role
- Desire to help others improve their lives
- Ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions
