Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Customer Service, Inventory or warehouse operations leader with a positive leadership mindset and accountability.
• Ability to become a proficient user of CWI Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, inventory control and/or warehousing practices and methods.
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Winter Haven, FL and collaborate across departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service activities, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
