Job summary

Siegwerk in Dallas, TX (West region) is seeking a Customer Service Associate to receive and process customer orders, coordinate with Supply Chain on shortages, and communicate pricing and formula codes. This role supports both domestic and international accounts and maintains inventories at third-party warehouses.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of related experience in a service capacity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/Logistics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure shipment dates are communicated and met.
• Support domestic and international accounts and coordinate with Supply Chain on shortages.
• Perform month-end closures and issue credits/invoices as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and on-hand levels at third-party warehouses.
• Train new customer service associates and act as a resource for questions and research.
