Job summary

The Andersons is seeking a Specialist I, eCommerce Logistics to coordinate and optimize fulfillment, inventory, and operations for a fast-growing omnichannel business. You will connect internal teams with marketplace partners, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure top service levels and accurate stock across channels.

You will drive efficiency using data and systems, support promotions and launches, and help scale the eCommerce operation while maintaining strong records and processes for multiple online

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience).
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping activities across eCommerce channels and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to help ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with communication between internal teams, marketplace partners, and fulfillment providers to resolve routine order, inventory, shipping, and return-related issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of marketplace fulfillment requirements, retailer standards, and shipping processes to support daily operational activities.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation activities and assist with monitoring stock levels across fulfillment locations, including Amazon FBA and third-party warehouses.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to support promotions, product launches, and inventory planning efforts.
  • Track and report operational metrics such as fill rates, inventory discrepancies, order performance, and shipping service levels.
  • Support testing, implementation, and maintenance of eCommerce systems, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while following company policies, marketplace requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Escalate operational issues and exceptions to senior team members when needed.

Position Summary

The Specialist I, eCommerce Logistics is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the fulfillment, inventory, and operational activities that support a rapidly growing omnichannel eCommerce business. This role manages the flow of products across multiple online sales channels including AndersonsLawn.com, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Target. The position serves as a critical link between internal teams, customers, marketplace partners, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure exceptional service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment performance.

This position is highly collaborative and leverages data, technology, and operational expertise to drive efficiency, resolve issues, improve customer experience, and support profitable business growth across all eCommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
