Express Employment Professionals - St. Paul, MN is assisting a carpet and flooring retailer in filling a Sales/Customer Service position. This is a family-owned business offering a ground-floor opportunity with excellent pay and benefits.

The role will handle inbound calls, assist walk-ins, and drive residential sales from start to finish, including bids, measures, and installation coordination. The schedule is Monday to Friday 9am–6pm with alternating Saturdays, with full-time hours and a base

Qualifications

• Go getter with a personal presence and confidence.
• Curious and pro-active with strong follow through.
• Organized, desire to learn products, ability to think on their feet.
• Knowledge of flooring a plus but not required.
• Confident, customer service mindset.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate

Express Employment Professionals - St. Paul, MN is assisting an Carpet & Flooring Retailer in filling a Sales/Customer Service position. This is a family owned business and great ground floor opportunity with excellent pay and benefits.

Pay: $24/hour + commission

Work Schedule: Mon – Friday 9AM – 6PM with every other Saturday 9AM to 4PM

(Set schedule to be determined upon interview)

Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound calls from customers.
• Assist walk-ins with carpet and flooring selection.
• Provide excellent service and be knowledgeable.
