Overview

CSI provides hygienic pipe, valves, fittings, pumps, and heat exchangers to industrial companies and industrial service providers. We are seeking a qualified candidate who can collaborate with Business Development Leaders to ensure our customers’ satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The position focuses on customer requests for information, quoting, technical solutions, and order management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rapport with customers, vendors, and internal customers
Communicate daily via phone and email throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction
Process and manage quotes and orders to exceed customer expectations
Negotiate with vendors to maintain a profitable margin on orders
