Job summary

FCX Performance is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work onsite in Tulare. In this vital role, you will provide professional support to our sales team and customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and order processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Sourcing parts
• Assist in generating sales
• Help in the stockroom as needed, deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Computer knowledge including Excel. SAP/ERP experience a plus
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position.
