• High school diploma required; some additional training is a plus.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service / Inside Sales experience in same or similar environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment and parts preferred.
• Proficient with ERP and MS Office; ability to learn product line quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person; respond and provide solutions to customers promptly.
• Provide customer support to include quotations, technical research, literature requests, manufacturer interaction, proposals, and contacting suppliers for information.
• Track and elevate back orders and customer requirements to maximize fill rates and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide technical feedback to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with a large team of staff engineers to assist with project solutions to meet customer needs.
• Interact with manufacturing partners and cultivate and sustain positive, professional relationships.
• Visit customers when needed, including delivering needed supplies.
• Be a collaborative team player by assisting with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Lancaster, MA with strong customer service skills and the desire to be part of and collaborate with a hard-working team. This is a 100% in-office job, Monday - Friday.

Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience plus uncapped commission potential after 90 days of employment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SPECIFIC EDUCATION, JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

1. Solid work history.
2. High School Diploma Required. Additional training, certifications, education a plus.
3. At least 1 -2 years of Customer Service / Inside Sales experience in same or similar environment.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. Knowledge of mechanical /electrical equipment and parts preferred - bearings, motors, gear boxes, pulleys, etc.
6. Willingness and ability to quickly learn our product line.
7. Strong computer skills - ERP, MS Office Products. Knowledge of One Drive a plus.
8. Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills.
9. Desire to work within a team with a cooperative and positive attitude.
10. Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds.
