Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring for a full-time role in El Paso, TX. You will provide patients and clients with exceptional phone service, handle administrative duties, and support billing claim processes.

We value safety, compliance, and quality, plus transportation duties to support logistics and report transfers between lab, clients and hospitals. Two years in healthcare/customer service and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in customer service and/or healthcare
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide patients, clients, and the laboratory team with exceptional service right over the phone
• Handles administrative duties that may include maintaining records
• Process billing claims, analyze accounts, and help callers understand their charges
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
• Courier duties to assist with logistics
• Transfer of reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens between the laboratory and the client's office or between lab and hospital
