Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve home improvement questions. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service throughout the store.

Responsibilities include locating items, stocking shelves, processing orders, and assisting across departments to ensure a positive shopping experience. A friendly, customer-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting/accessing data)
• 6 months experience using common retail tech (phones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer requests (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
