Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Missouri to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, expert service throughout the store. You may work in Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Tools, or more; duties include restocking, processing orders, and guiding customers at checkout.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves by replenishing supplies in empty areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
