Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience required
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodations

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise
• Stock merchandise by finding empty areas and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint tinting, piping, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
