Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit as required
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or >25 lbs with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
