Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Jasper, TX. You will greet customers, help them find products, process orders, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience across departments.

You’ll work with a friendly team, build product knowledge, and provide excellent service while supporting store operations and merchandise upkeep, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities at Lowe’s. Bi-lingual skills are a plus; training is provided for success in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience using retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Restock shelves and support store operations as needed.
• Cross-train in other areas to help the team.
