Lowe's in Longmont, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist with product selection for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help locate merchandise, and ensure needs are met in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
