How It Works
1 Initial Interview 30 minutes
A conversation with a recruiter to talk through your experience, fit, and complete a brief math assessment.
2 Final Interview 30–45 minutes
A deeper conversation to confirm mutual fit before an offer is extended.
3 Orientation 3–4 hours
Selected candidates complete orientation before training begins.
