Job summary

Dollar Tree in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. You will work the cash register, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will be cross-trained to switch between back-of-house tasks and front-end duties, uphold integrity, and deliver friendly service. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior retail or customer service experience valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise and stocking to ensure store readiness.
