Job summary

Dollar Tree in Idaho Falls is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store. You will be part of a friendly, fast-paced retail team in a convenient shopping environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, unloading deliveries, and ensuring a safe, pleasant store for guests and teammates alike. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents is required.
• Must lift 30 to 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
