Job summary

Dollar Tree in Temple, PA is hiring a Customer Service Associate II who brings a positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to help customers. You will handle daily store operations, merchandise, stocking, and front-end duties as needed to ensure a clean, inviting shopping experience.

You will assist customers at the register, maintain cash security, and work with team members to keep shelves stocked and store areas neat.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and relationship management.

• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms and floors to keep the store presentable.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
