Job summary

Auto Glass Now in Columbia, TN is seeking a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate at Store #166. You will welcome walk-ins, schedule appointments, and assist customers with estimates and invoices for auto glass services.

Both experienced and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Training is provided, with a progression to up to $18 per hour, plus full-time or part-time schedules and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers.
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work.
• Answer phones and return customer calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist Manager with daily parts returns.
• Order parts and input documentation for calls and follow-up.
• Confirm mobile job parts and materials before dispatching drivers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
