Job summary

Priority StaffCorp in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our manufacturing team. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, update orders, and coordinate with inside sales.

Candidates should have strong written communication, solid computer skills, and the ability to work on a bustling shop floor. This shift is 1st shift, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with pay of $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service Representative or similar office/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills — professional email communication is a major part of the position.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Stable work history with longevity in previous positions
• Friendly, dependable, and upbeat personality
• Ability to work comfortably around a manufacturing/shop floor environment

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers primarily through email, providing professional and timely responses
• Prepare and send repair quotes to customers
• Check, update, and communicate job status and repair progress
• Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate records
• Use Microsoft Office programs regularly, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Work closely with shop personnel and other departments to gather information and provide customer updates
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
• Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed
