Customer Service French Bilingual

Shift: Mon-Fri, between 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (8-hour shift)
Hourly Rate: Starting rate up to $21/hour

Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

We are currently hiring enthusiastic Customer Service French Bilingual Representatives for our Exeter, PA location. DO NOT let our company name scare you! No automotive or RV experience required, only a deep desire to LEARN!

Responsibilities Include
  • Responding to incoming calls & emails from our established customers (NOT retail customers)
  • Service call resolution or escalation, including providing order and delivery status
  • Collaborating with other departments, third-party carriers, and suppliers to resolve customer issues
  • Using selling techniques to drive additional sales
  • Performing all tasks to standards and metrics consistently
Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to fluently read, write, & speak both French and English
  • Energy, enthusiasm, & empathy towards customers
  • Ability to relate to customers and solve their problems
  • Punctuality and attention to detail
  • Calm demeanor with confidence to offer solutions
  • Desire to grow professionally
  • Computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Sales or customer service experience, especially in a contact center environment
