You will perform food service preparation, POS transactions, housekeeping, and general store upkeep while upholding the Royal Farms standard of excellence.

In this role you will greet customers, answer questions, restock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service while upholding high standards and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate customer requests and issues to store leadership.
• Operate the register, manage payments, activate fuel/gift cards, and balance the drawer.
• Follow ID verification laws for age-restricted products (alcohol/tobacco).
• Assist customers at assisted checkout and monitor transactions for accuracy and security.
• Handle fuel transactions and monitor fuel court activity.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes, ensuring quality and speed.
• Restock products and check expiration codes; discard expired items.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and report unsafe conditions.
