Job summary

Arundel Lodge Behavioral Health is seeking a Customer Service Floater to provide coverage on a part-time basis up to 29 hours weekly. The Floater will assist at various locations in Annapolis and Edgewater. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing referrals, data entry, scheduling, and answering phone calls. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in a medical office. This is a PRN position, reacting to coverage needs as they arise.

Job description

The Customer Service Floater provides coverage for positions on a part time basis (29 hours per week or less). The Floater will be contacted to fill in as coverage when staff call out sick or are on vacation. They will cover the front desk for any of our locations in Annapolis or Edgewater.

This is a PRN position / On Call.

Location: Edgewater & Annapolis, Maryland.

Hours: This position on a part time basis can work up to 29 hours per week or less.
