Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Technician who will be responsible for maintaining air machines on assigned routes and assisting with other routes as needed. The ideal candidate will be fully trained to service units efficiently, able to meet face-to-face with customers and consumers, and reflect positively on the company and products. They should be able to work independently with little supervision and exercise good judgment in all decisions. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!

Location: VT - White River Junction area

Salary: $47,000

Travel: Within the White River Junction area; company vehicle provided.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience with ETG building, testing, and troubleshooting air machines or similar technician experience with digital/mechanical equipment, credit card systems, cellular modems, and customer interactions preferred
• Hands-on mechanical skills with basic hand and power tools
• Knowledge of 110V and low voltage circuits
• Ability to move machines weighing up to 100 pounds
• Maturity and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with GPS, Fleetmatics, and work order systems
• Valid Driver’s License
