Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Customer Service Field Specialist to deliver and service medical equipment across the west-Phoenix area, working locally with hospitals and clinical staff. You will load, set up equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.

The role requires driving a 20-foot box truck, lifting up to 30 lbs, and traveling for training and nationwide opportunities. Full-time schedule: Tu-Sat, 3pm-11:30pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Schedule based on customer demand; may include some nights and weekends.
• Willing to travel; training in San Antonio, TX and nationwide travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and facilities across the west-Phoenix Metro area.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service.
• Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards.
• Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.

What You'll Do

A Day in the Life

You'll start your day at our Surprise service center, load your route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day, you'll interact with nurses and hospital teams, deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything meets their needs.

No long-haul routes. No overnight travel. Home every day.

Full-time schedule: Tu-Sat / 3pm-11:30pm

What You're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience


• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset


• Must have a clean driving record


• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs


• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Phoenix environment


• Schedule based on customer demand; may include some nights and weekends


• Ability to travel, including:
