Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mundelein, IL. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and I-Scan-based inventory management.

The role offers on-the-job education, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and valid driver’s license.
• Experience providing friendly, helpful service to customers is preferred.
• Willingness to learn through on-the-job education and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and prepare equipment, move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Answer questions and educate customers on offerings and policies.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education and training.
