- Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Clean and inspect equipment.
- Answer questions regarding products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices.
- Drive a forklift with certification.
