Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tennessee to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help inspect and prepare equipment for use.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, education on products, equipment hookups, and safety inspections. Training opportunities and bonuses are provided to support career growth within U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered after employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered after employment).
• Other duties as assigned.
