U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and education on our products. You will work with a team to ensure smooth operations and safety while using U-Scan tech to dispatch and track equipment.

The role emphasizes helping customers, handling invoices, and learning through U-Haul University, with opportunities to advance and gain certifications upon employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
