Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Harvey, Louisiana. You will be the face of our service, helping customers, processing rentals with U-Scan tech, and ensuring equipment is clean and safe. On-the-job education and growth opportunities are available.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. A valid driver’s license is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A competitive benefits package and some bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to assist customers and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
