Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative at our Loves Park location to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers with products, manage rentals using U-Scan technology, and help inspect and prepare equipment for dispatch and return.

Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing invoices, installing hitches, filling propane, and contributing to ongoing U-Haul University training. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
