U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our commitment to exceptional service. You will assist customers in-store and via technology to allocate and return equipment, inspect, and ensure readiness for their journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and prepare rental invoices.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
