Job summary

U-Haul in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and returns, and guiding them through our U-Scan technology.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane filling (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
