Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
• Coordinate and dispatch trucks for equipment delivery.
• Schedule service calls and equipment maintenance.
• Enter contracts into tracking systems.
• Assist customers in locating equipment.
• Support sales when Outside Sales Reps are unavailable.
• Help track payroll hours.
