Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, motivated team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and help prepare invoices while ensuring equipment is properly inspected and returned.

Work involves educating customers about products and services, assisting with truck hookups, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and follow safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers and inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Educate customers regarding products and services and answer questions.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
