Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You’ll assist customers, operate U-Scan tech for rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing training through U-Haul University. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and answer customer questions.
