Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Corvallis, Oregon. You will be part of a supportive team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment checks, and product knowledge on-site and through U-Scan technology.

Training is provided to enhance skills and progress within the company. This role emphasizes safety, customer-first service, and flexibility to work with trucks, propane, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns; education on products.
• Assist with propane fill and forklift operations (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
