Job summary

U-Haul in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers and helping with rentals and equipment inspections. You will work as part of a supportive team to ensure customers get all the help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and obtain required certifications (propane, forklift) during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
