1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our Truck Team in California. You’ll work with a teammate in a truck, interact with customers, explain pricing, and help close on-site sales.

This at-will position offers active work, room to grow, a supportive team, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a CA driver’s license and clean 3-year record.
• Strong communicator comfortable with customer interaction and sales.
• Physically fit for an active workday.
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends.
• Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a teammate in one of our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks.
• Interact with customers, explain pricing, and close sales on-site.
• Safely lift, load, and haul items (75+ lbs).
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and positivity.
• Communicate with dispatch throughout the day to stay on track.
