ImpactLife is seeking Inventory Management and Distribution Associates to interface with partner hospitals, document orders, and prepare shipments of blood products. The role involves a rotating two‑week schedule and requires strong communication, integrity, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, with experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management or logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management, hospital customer relations, or logistics preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with all customers and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.

Our Inventory Management and Distribution (IMD) Associates communicate daily with our partner hospitals regarding blood product inventory and patient needs. Associates document orders and prepare shipments of life‑saving blood products for delivery to our hospital clients as well as emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

Every two-week rotating schedule:

Wk1 Tu-W 10a-5p Th-F 12p-5p Sat 11a-4p

Wk2 Tu-F 3p-9p Sat 11a-4p

Associate responsibilities can include:

• Fill routine and emergency orders while following appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Maintain positive and professional communications.
• Assist hospital personnel with inquiries.
• Track and rotate inventory of blood products.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns.

What does it take to change the world?
