Job summary

Structured Trades is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Back-up Dispatcher to support our construction Start-up departments. You will be a key contact for customers and coordinate communication between clients and field technicians to keep projects on track.

In this role, you'll handle scheduling, status updates, and dispatch assistance while maintaining accurate records. HVAC experience is preferred, but related trades experience is welcome. Apply to join a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred; commercial plumbing or electrical industry will also be considered.
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, construction administration or office support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and computer-based scheduling or service management software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and service requests.
• Schedule and communicate start-up appointments with customers.
• Notify customers of technician arrival times and provide status updates as needed.
• Assist with dispatching technicians and adjusting schedules to meet project demands.
• File completed start-up reports to the appropriate SharePoint folders.
