Job summary

Redimix Companies, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and support truck dispatch across the Northeast.

You will coordinate with operations, verify orders, and help optimize routes while benefiting from company health plan, 401(k) with match, and disability coverage.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Track and monitor our fleet of trucks as they deliver our products.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch trucks to deliver mix across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to identify logistical opportunities.
• Review orders for accuracy before they are shipped.
• Join our Redimix dispatch team and help us build the future.
